			<description><![CDATA[<p><span>Ray and Ingrid recently presented papers at the International Organization Development Conference: OD World 2010. The conference was held in Budapest and attended by over 350 practitioners and academics from around the world. In the paper,</span><strong><span lang="EN-GB"> '</span></strong><span><span lang="EN-GB">From Pyramid to Cloud: The Shift from Hierarchical Tradition to Cross-Sectoral Innovation Clusters,' Ingrid explores new organizational forms, what she calls cloud-like forms. The powerpoint for this presentation has also been posted. Ray's paper, 'A Holistic Approach to Gender Equality and Social Justice,' co-written with Michel Friedman of Gender at Work, describes  an innovative approach to addressing the seemingly intractable problems of gender inequality.</span></span></p>
