The conference was held in Budapest and attended by over 350 practitioners and academics from around the world. In the paper,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span lang=&quot;EN-GB&quot;&gt; '&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang=&quot;EN-GB&quot;&gt;From Pyramid to Cloud: The Shift from Hierarchical Tradition to Cross-Sectoral Innovation Clusters,' Ingrid explores new organizational forms, what she calls cloud-like forms. The powerpoint for this presentation has also been posted. Ray's paper, 'A Holistic Approach to Gender Equality and Social Justice,' co-written with Michel Friedman of Gender at Work, describes  an innovative approach to addressing the seemingly intractable problems of gender inequality.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
